訂購 Order
當您下訂單並完成付款時，即表示您理解並同意以下條款。
By placing an order and completing the payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
所有蛋糕及甜點均需預訂，請至少提前4天下單。顧客必須在付款後才能確認訂單。
All cakes and sweets must be pre-ordered at least 4 days in advance. Full payment is required to confirm the order.
一旦付款完成，訂單即被確認，恕不接受取消或退款。我們亦保留拒絕任何改期要求的權利。
Once payment is made, the order is confirmed. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any rescheduling requests.
付款 Payment
我們接受信用卡、FPS轉數快及銀行轉賬付款。所有訂單需要全額付款以確認。
We accept credit card and bank transfers for payment. Full payment is required to confirm the order.
訂單更改 Amendments & Change Orders
一旦付款確認，恕不接受訂單的取消或退款。
Once payment is made, the order is confirmed. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
如需更改取貨日期，請至少提前4天告知我們，否則需支付行政費用（$300或以上）。我們保留拒絕更改取貨日期的權利。
If you need to change the pickup date, please notify us at least 4 days in advance, or an administration fee ($300 or above) will apply. We reserve the right to decline any rescheduling requests.
如需更改訂單內容（如設計等），請至少提前4天告知我們，否則需收取行政費用（$300或以上）。
我們保留拒絕更改訂單內容的權利。If you need to change the order details (such as design), please inform us at least 4 days in advance, or an administration fee ($300 or above) will apply. We reserve the right to decline any requests due to limited order availability.
若因更改內容或其他原因，訂單金額增加，差額將按您當初選擇的付款方式收取；若金額減少，差額不予退還。
If the order amount increases due to changes, the difference will be charged via the payment method selected at the time of ordering. Differences due to a decrease in order amount are non-refundable.
食材 Ingredients
我們的製作工廠日常處理含有乳製品及堅果的食品。如有食物過敏或疑慮，請在訂購前與我們聯繫。
Please note that our production facility handles dairy and nut products. If you have any food allergies or concerns, please contact us before ordering.
惡劣天氣安排 Bad Weather Policy
在八號或以上的颱風信號或黑色暴雨警告生效時，取貨及送貨服務將暫停。若因惡劣天氣無法取貨，客戶需在原取貨日的兩天內重新安排取貨。我們不接受因惡劣天氣而取消或退款。
In the event of a black rainstorm or typhoon signal no. 8 or above, delivery and pickup services will be suspended. If you are unable to pick up due to bad weather, you must reschedule within 2 days of the original pickup date. We do not accept cancellations or refunds due to bad weather.
送貨服務 Delivery
若您選擇親自取貨，我們對於產品在離開工廠後的任何損壞不承擔責任。僅限於工廠自取。
If you choose to pick up your cake/sweets in person, we are not responsible for any damage once it has left our kitchen. Pickup is only available at our studio.
送貨期間不會有職員隨車，如在送貨過程中產品受損，我們不負責或退款。
For deliveries, no staff will accompany the driver. We are not responsible for any damage to your cake/sweets during the delivery process.
司機不會送貨到餐廳、地鐵站或樓上。
Delivery to restaurants, MTR stations, or upstairs is not available.
如因無法聯繫到客戶而等待，司機可能會收取等待附加費。
If the driver is unable to reach you upon arrival, a waiting surcharge may be applied.
其他 Miscellaneous
我們所有的產品均在持牌食品製造廠製作。
All our products are produced in a licensed food factory.
所有產品均為手工製作，每次的成品或顏色可能與網站上的參考圖片略有不同。
Please note that all products are handmade, and the appearance may vary slightly from the reference photos on our website.
食材及裝飾可能因供應不穩定而有所變動，恕不另行通知。
Ingredients and decorations may change due to supply issues without prior notice.
